- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Mail in Franklin is Delivered sporadically throughout the day. One day you could get your mail at 8am but the next day you wont get it until 4pm. Dont try and go deal with any of the staff that actually works the counter at the post office. Because they are all extremelly rude and lazy. I had an issue where a package was supposed to be delivered via UPS on a certain day but instead of delivering it they dropped it off at the post office to be delivered the next day. I went to the post office to try and get what was rightfully mine. First they insisted the package wasnt there even after showing them that it was in fact transfered from UPS to the franklin post office and scanned in this location. Finally they went and checked and said it was there but i needed to wait until the next day because it was on a pallet with other packages. I insisted that they retrieve the package because it was time sensitive material. The Lady said okay she walked in the back and 15 seconds later walks back to the counter with my parcel. Are you kidding me? That surely was a large pallet you had to break down to get my package. I swear to god these government employees get paid way to much.
